A Plus Creations- The place to go for an original and unique gift for any occasion. We have listed questions and answers to some of the most frequent questions our customers may have. If you have a question or concern that is not addressed here, please do not hesitate to contact us.  At A Plus Creations customer satisfaction is our number one priority!
Q. How long will it take to receive my items after I place my order?
A. A Plus Creations makes every effort to ship items out within 24 hours of when you place your order (Monday- Friday, excluding holidays). Items are shipped from Dunnellon Florida, so actual shipping time will depend on your location.
Q. How much are the shipping costs?
A. We off a flat rate shipping cost of $5.00 to all orders shipped within the continental United States.
Q. How Are my items shipped?
A. We usually ship our items using the United States Postal Service. Some items may also be shipped using UPS or Fed-ex. We will email customers when the items ship and provide a tracking number when available.
Q. What happens if my shipment gets lost in the mail or arrives damaged?
A. We ship all items insured to make sure you items arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, so that we can take care of the problem quickly.
Q. What size jar do the bath salts come in?
A. Our bath salts are packaged in sixteen (16) ounce glass mason jars.
Q. What scents do you offer in your bath salts?
A. We offer a great variety of scents for you to choose from. Our current selection includes: lilac, ylang ylang, juniper berry, blood orange, peppermint, pink grapefruit, lavender, plumeria, and unscented.
Q. What if I want to order multiple quantities of a jewelry item?
A. All items on our website are unique one of a kind handmade items, therefore we only offer one of each jewelry item. if you have a piece of jewelry you are interested in, please email us and we can usually custom make more of a particular style.

Q. What if I need to make a return?
A  Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is a number priority at A Plus Creations. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns need to be made within seven (7) days of shipment arrival. Please email us before sending a return. We will make exchanges, issue store credit, or return funds (less shipping costs) as needed.
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. For that hard to buy for friend or relative, we suggest purchasing a gift certificate. Our certificates come in a variety of price ranges and are both simple to purchase and fast and easy to redeem.
